OCEANSIDE: The nonprofit Soldiers' Angels organization will be seeking donations Sunday in its efforts to send 180,000 holiday packages to deployed service members this year.

Volunteers with the organization will be at Wal-Mart, 2100 Vista Way, in Oceanside, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. to take donations and hand out information.

The San Diego County chapter of the national organization is contributing healthy snack bars to the holiday packages. Cash or snack bar donations will be accepted. For information, go to soldiersangels.org.
